  Well where do I begin! The few Doctors in this group I hold in high regard. Sad to say our experience with the check in clerk, Rachel! Has always been offensive and impolite. Because she claims she didn't have us on the schedule, we were put for the last patient of the day. My son comes in per ambulance on a stretcher and typically struggles to clear his airway thru his trach. I do have my private duty RN and EMTs on stand by with us until we get in and out of the visit. He needed a trach change and antibiotics . This office in my opinion needs some drastic management skills. Along with some compassion for all the patients that visit there. Most patients just accept the abuse from that clerk, It should never have to come to that degree. God Bless all the patients. My son waited on stretcher for 4 hours total and developed a pressure sore because of the wait. Please patients speak up and don't accept any less, This will be presented to the highest administrator.
